What are wax melts?
Wax melts are flameless candles that when placed in a tea light warmer or electric wax warmer despurses scents throughout the room. Our favorite way to use our wax melts is in a hot plate warmer.
They are a safer alternative to candles. Please note you shouldn't keep your warmer for long periods of time or when you are away for long periods of time.
Keep wax warmers away from children and pets the wax can become very hot.
Our wax melts are made of 100% Natural Soy Wax and highly scented with Phthalate Free Fragrances.
Our favorite method to change out our wax melts is to place 2-3 cotton balls in our warmer. The cotton balls soak up most of the wax and then wipe clean with a paper towel. Then place a new wax melt and enjoy!
Due to our wax melts being made with 100% all natural soy wax melts our wax needs to cure for at least 1-2 weeks after you receive it or after the pour date. Our wax melts are like a good wine they get stronger with time!

Our currently ready to ship TAT is 3-5 business days. For Custom orders the current TAT is 7-21 business days.
We will also update you when your custom order is being placed. Our current business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Meaning at anytime I can be called to work whatever hours they see fit.
Please note the TAT does not include the time it takes USPS to deliver your package please allow for 3-5 more days after shipment.
Yes! To comply with California state law you will only be charged sales tax if purchases are shipped within California.
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a refunds or returns. We all have our personal scent preference and since our products are all scented products this is not grounds for refunds or returns.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our shop.
